Persona has developed a series of programmes designed to support the development of effective, collaborative relationships in the workplace. The programmes apply person-centred principles and the values and attitudes of therapeutic engagement to the management and development of individuals and teams, communication and decision making in the workplace.

Some programmes are designed specifically to support managers, other programmes are suitable for all members of staff.  The programmes are highly participative integrating theory, skills and self-awareness and utilise a range of activities to support different learning styles.

Persona has developed a series of workshops designed to support those working in primary, secondary and further education to develop the competence and confidence to actively support the psychological wellbeing and resilience of the children and young people they work with.

The programmes can be delivered over one day or two days.
